For over two years Covid-19 has impacted the country in many ways. Whitby Group Practice has had to change many of its working practices to protect our staff and our patients, whilst still providing appropriate care. So that we can make improvements to our services, whilst still being constrained by staff shortages and our revised working procedures, we need your help. Therefore, would you please score each of these statements.

Notes: Whitby Hospital has an Urgent Treatment Centre open from 8am to 8pm seven days a week, but you must ‘phone 111 rather than just turn up so that an appointment and suitable treatment can be pre-arranged. In a medical emergency, ring 999.
