If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.
We want to know if you need information in braille, large print or easy read.
We want to know if you need British Sign Language interpreter or advocate.
We want to know if we can support you to lip read or use a hearing aid or communication tool.

Accessibility
Our purpose built facility at Spring Vale Medical Centre is centrally located and readily accessible by public transport. There are parking facilities for patients using the centre, including parking for the disabled.
There are automatic doors and toilets, with baby changing facilities, designed to provide for the needs of disabled patients and those with young children.
